Terms of Service
Last updated: March 30, 2026
1. What SellerSave is
SellerSave is a tool to help you prepare your home for sale and connect you with partner real estate agents. SellerSave is not a licensed real estate brokerage and is not a substitute for a licensed real estate agent or appraiser. We connect you with partner agents; we do not represent you in any real estate transaction.
2. Valuations are estimates, not appraisals
Our AI-generated valuations are informational estimates only, based on publicly available data and comparable sales. They are not formal appraisals and should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or mortgage purposes. Actual sale prices depend on market conditions, buyer demand, negotiation, and many factors outside our control. Always consult a licensed appraiser or real estate professional before making financial decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate property information when using SellerSave.
- You are the decision-maker. SellerSave provides guidance and recommendations — you decide what actions to take.
- You are responsible for verifying the quality, pricing, and suitability of any vendors or services SellerSave recommends.
4. Partner agents
Partner agents listed on SellerSave are independent, licensed real estate professionals. SellerSave is not responsible for the conduct, advice, or performance of any partner agent. Commission structures and service agreements are set directly between you and your chosen agent.
5. Account and data
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@sellersave.ca. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Limitation of liability
SellerSave provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other damages resulting from your use of valuations, prep advice, agent referrals, or any other feature of the platform. Our maximum liability to you is capped at the total amount you have paid to SellerSave (which is $0 for free-tier users).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and notify you by email of material changes if you have an account. Continued use of SellerSave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
