About SellerSave
The problem
Selling a home in Canada is expensive. On a $1M property, a traditional 2.5% commission is $25,000 — gone before you've even moved out. A lot of that fee pays for prep work: cleaning, painting, staging, photography. Things you can coordinate yourself with the right guidance.
Why SellerSave exists
SellerSave was built by a Canadian who watched friends and family lose tens of thousands in commission on homes they'd spent years maintaining and preparing themselves. The math never added up. The system felt broken. So we built something better.
How it works
Our AI walks you through the same prep checklist a top listing agent would recommend — cleaning, touch-ups, staging, photography — with cost estimates and ROI for each step. You do the work at your own pace, or hire vendors directly. Then, when you're ready, a partner agent handles the listing, offers, and closing at a fraction of the traditional fee.
What it's not
SellerSave is not a DIY "sell it yourself" scheme. You'll still work with a licensed agent for the listing, negotiation, and closing. You just don't pay for the prep work twice.
