1. Who we are

SellerSave is a Canadian platform that helps home sellers prepare their property for sale and connects them with partner real estate agents. We are operated by WingsLab Team. Questions about this policy can be directed to contact@sellersave.ca.

2. What we collect

  • Property details — address, property type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, property tax, and other details you enter to generate a valuation. Provided by you.
  • Contact information — your email address, collected when you create an account.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration. Collected via cookies only after you give consent.
  • Device and browser type — basic technical information collected as part of analytics, only with consent.

3. Why we collect it

  • To generate your property valuation estimate
  • To create and save your personalized prep plan
  • To connect you with a partner agent when you're ready
  • To improve the SellerSave platform over time

4. Who we share it with

We share your information with partner agents only when you explicitly request a handoff. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We use the following service providers to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in Canada/US)
  • Anthropic — AI processing. Your property details are sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate your valuation and prep plan.
  • Mapbox — address autocomplete
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie (hs_sid) to track your anonymous browsing session for analytics purposes. This cookie is only set after you accept cookie consent. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set. You can change your cookie preference at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@sellersave.ca. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Anonymous valuation submissions (no account required) are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your account data is isolated using row-level security — only you can access your own properties and prep plans. We do not store passwords in plaintext.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. If you have an account, we will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of SellerSave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
